What’s the purpose? Another “quiet little truth” of hers: An exploration of humanness in each of us beyond any single style: using zouk, as a vessel towards something greater, as a language we can learn to better embody our inner flow and connection to others.
“I find human relationships fascinating to explore. They have a limitless impact upon the well-being of my own life and lives of others around me. Connection —listening to our own bodily energy in unity with our perception of others is a practice that leads towards more harmony. My mission is an invitation to people from each corner of the world. It’s a call to embody our own essence, connect to our truth, embrace the whole spectrum of feelings and sensations, liberating ourselves from chains that we put on ourselves.
If we heal ourselves and dance toward a more inclusive, compassionate, heart-centered world, we embrace our full soul-potential.
Celebrating diversity and beauty of the human experience through the transformative power of movement.
Dance is my sadhana, , my way of life and a tool for deep dive self – exploration.
I believe that everyone can dance as long as they find joy in the simple movement and let go of judgements about themselves.
It’s not about perfecting a form but embracing raw and honest expression.
Dance is a universal language that transcends words and brings people together.
The beauty of dance knows no boundaries.
And I cant wait to share more of that with you “
