CNT is a type of Thai abdominal massage that is based on Taoist philosophy and Chinese Medicine Theory.
CNT defines that the abdomen is the center of the body, and our secondary brain, that releasing the tensions accumulated there helps to feel and open, physically and mentally.
This massaging technique was developed following Traditional Chinese Medicine’s principles that assert that emotional blockages are physically hosted in our body specifically our 10 organs.
For example chronic back pain could be from tension held in kidneys hosting the emotion of fear.
Kinetic Chain Release
(KCR) gently releases tension in key joints in the body using a protocol of specific stretches and joint mobilisations to release any blocked energy stored here.
Anyone suffering from chronic pain/ fatigue , fibromyolgia, emotional stress to name a few as well as anyone with a recent or chronic injury will immediately feel the benefit of this re-alignmnet process.
KCR allows your body to release restrictions and return to its natural alignment. Your improved posture helps to re-establish balance and bring a sense of ease back into your everyday movements. This also positively affects other systems in your body systems like your digestion and nervous system. This is because your body is more relaxed so it can work more harmoniously and effectively.

What to bring
Chi Nei Tsang – Don’t eat or drink coffee up to 3 hours before the session.
Please bring a sarong or towel and wear clothes that can expose your abdomen.
