Nourishing and gentle yin yoga including deep rest mantra nidra to nourish, rest and rebalance.
Sacha will lead you through a mindful and meditative yoga class to support flexibility, waking up the body, release and deep rest. Session will include movement, breath and yoga nidra to support deep relaxation and integration.
Sacha Jane is a wellbeing facilitator and a mama of two. Her work weaves together gentle yoga, mantra, sharing circles and yoga nidra, all aiming to support to nourish and to create spaces where people can come home to themselves. She has practiced yoga and meditation since childhood and believes the joys of yoga should be accessible for everyone. Sacha has had the honour of teaching over 30,000 people at various in-person & online retreats, workshops, classes & festivals.
